In today’s fast paced society, the phrase "time is of the essence" is one we live and die by. So, when it comes to scheduling your workouts, time is the primary concern.
The key to making your workouts as effective and efficient as possible is to combine two different exercises in one movement and to use intervals. This is my philosophy behind the 2 IN 1 training system that has been successful with all variations of clients for over 22 years.
I have mastered the art of time management when it comes to the gym and getting fit. I know how to achieve the most results in the shortest amount of time safely and the 2 IN 1 program is the golden key.
Traditional workout programs executed in the gym typically consist of exercises in which target one primary muscle group at a time. For instance, the bench press focuses on the pectoral muscles; biceps curls blast the biceps muscles; and squats focus on the quads.
These exercises are great if you have the time to drive to a gym and spend about an hour or more working your program. However, if you’re like most people, finding the time to consistently incorporate a gym workout into your day is tighter than your abs.
The 2 IN 1 workout has multiple fitness benefits. You’re training the upper and lower body simultaneously while building strength and cardiovascular endurance. By using lighter weights and moving continuously from exercise to exercise your facilitating aerobic benefits without over taxing the muscles anaerobic capacity.
This workout will give you that toned and sculpted body you’ve always wanted. It is a great adjunct training program to any weight lifting routine or sports activities. Working the upper and lower body together demands greater coordination and balance. Because of the nature of these movements you will also develop better concentration. Pay careful attention to form while executing these exercises and start out with light weights.
The 2 in 1 routine can be done at home because you will be using light dumbbells. Some of these exercises utilize martial art stances and kicks, so you will be learning a new skill as well. You can be finished with this workout in less time then it takes to drive to a gym.
