Group Training

Michael offers group training programs and classes upon request. A group could be as few as 4 people or a class could be as large as 250 students. You put the group or class together and Michael will be happy to lead the training program. He customizes each class to the groups interests and fitness levels. Classes typically consist of a hybrid of various strength training exercises, plyo metrics, CORE & balance training, boxing, MMA, Yoga postures and interval cardiovascular training techniques.
