Return Policy

PACKAGED PRODUCTS

Michael George Enterprises products carry a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • All returns must be returned in a "sellable" condition in order to receive a refund.
  • Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded.
  • A Michael George Enterprises issued Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the return box. If there is no RMA on the box the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
  • Michael George Enterprises is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or to return products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Items received after the 30-day money-back guarantees are NON-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is calculated on the cost of the product(s) only.

* The online RMA MUST be filled out completely. This online form assigns a valid RMA number for you to write on the outside of the return box.

All returns must be received at Michael George Enterprises Inc. at the address below on or before the 30-day, money-back guarantee expires.

Magazine Purchases
All subscriptions once processed are non-refundable. However any orders that cannot be filled due to publisher restrictions will receive a refund.

Credit Card Purchases
If the product(s) were originally purchased with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the same credit card, less the 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling, within 30 days of the date of return.

Check Purchases
If the product(s) were originally purchased with a bank draft or check, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless affiliate/customer provides a copy of the bank draft or check from his or her financial institution.

SERVICES and DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Service related products have a 30 day refund policy (as stated above) as long as the service was not completed in partial or full prior to the actual stated refund date. The above refund policy protocols will need to be followed.
Products that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable software product sold by Michael George Enterprises Inc. However, before any new software will be made available, the customer must return to Michael George Enterprises Inc., a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Michael George Enterprises Inc. that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify Michael George Enterprises Inc., within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Michael George Enterprises Inc. by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange.

Products purchased that are not downloadable (CD, Diskette, or Hard Printed Versions) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges of $10.00. However, before any product may be returned, the customer must return to Michael George Enterprises Inc., a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Michael George Enterprises Inc. that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify Michael George Enterprises Inc. within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Michael George Enterprises Inc. by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Michael George Enterprises Inc. Michael George Enterprises Inc. will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Michael George Enterprises Inc. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
